How do I create an account?

You can create an account by visiting our Sign Up page. We support email/password registration and social login through Google.

What are the subscription tiers and what do they include?

We offer three subscription tiers: Rookie, Pro, and Champion. Each tier provides a different level of access to features and question limits. For a detailed breakdown, please visit our Pricing page.

How do I manage my subscription?

You can manage your subscription, including upgrading, downgrading, or changing your billing cycle, from your account settings on the Pricing page.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

What is the refund policy?

First-time customers may request a full refund within 24 hours of their initial subscription payment. For more details, please see our Terms of Service.

How do I start a conversation with an AI persona?

You first select an available Sidekick from the Select Sidekick Page. You will then automatically be taken to the dashboard (SideKick Central). You can either type your question or use the voice controls for a hands-free experience. If you are not sure what to ask, you can select one of the six Conversation Starter categories and select a question to begin.

What are the different AI personas and how should I use them?

We offer five AI personas: The Oracle, The Rebel, The Mentor, The Analyst, and The Rookie. Each persona has a unique personality and provides advice from a different perspective. You can learn more about each persona on the Select SideKick page.

How does the Personalization Engine work?

The Personalization Engine allows the AI to reference your actual fantasy football roster and league settings for truly personalized advice. This is accomplished after you enter the data in your league page.

What are Conversation Starters?

Conversation Starters are curated questions designed to help you get the most out of our AI personas. We offer 120 questions across 6 categories:

How does the "Learn the Lingo" feature work?

"Learn the Lingo" is an interactive glossary of NFL and fantasy football terminology. You can browse terms by category or use the search function to find specific definitions.

How does the Game Prediction Engine work?

The Game Prediction Engine is SideKick's analytical core — it evaluates every matchup, trend, and situational factor to forecast outcomes and uncover value opportunities. It reviews hundreds of real-time data signals such as player performance trends, team tendencies, weather, and travel conditions, then blends them into probability-based insights.

While the exact formula is proprietary, the result is simple: you get actionable predictions that reflect how games are actually likely to unfold — not just static stats or public consensus. This gives your SideKick the ability to highlight upsets, pinpoint breakout performances, and guide smarter lineup or betting decisions each week.
